While the Revitalization Business and the Development Business offer opportunities for strong earnings through real estate trading, the Rental Business, the Fund Business, and the Property Management Business generate steady income. The mainstay Revitalization and Development Business accounted for approximately 70% of total revenues. (The ratio varies by a small margin each year.)
Tosei has developed a structure in which gross profits generated from the rental business, the Fund Business, and the Property Management Business, which are expected to generate steady income flows, almost cover all selling, general, and administrative expenses.
