Tosei Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that it has resolved at the extraordinary meeting　of its board of directors held on 22 February 2013, to adopt International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) to its consolidated financial statements, in stead of the current Japanese generally accepted　accounting policies (Japanese GAAP). The Company will disclose its consolidated financial　statements according to IFRS from December 2012.
The adoption of IFRS is associated with the Company’s secondary listing on the Main Board of the　Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
