The Purpose of the Establishment of NAI Tosei Japan, Inc.
Tosei Group sees its expansion into the global market as one of its key agendas in the medium-term management plan Next Stage 2014" and aims to develop such overseas operations to be a contributor to the existing businesses and to diversify its business portfolio. To this end, Tosei concluded a membership agreement with NAI Global in November 2012 who likewise had been aiming to enter into the Japanese real estate market. The NAI Global is the world fifth largest, in terms of turnover, network of commercial real estate brokerage firms, providing brokerage services on major overseas commercial facilities as well as business expansion support consulting services to well-known retail businesses. NAI Tosei Japan, Inc. has been established to provide various real estate solutions to both domestic and overseas clients by taking advantage of the NAI Global network, and today, it started the operation as the country’s first member of the network.
