Feedback to Management and Board of Directors
The shareholder composition is reported semiannually, and the opinions, requests and performance feedback, etc. of shareholders and investors ascertained in the dialogue are reported on a quarterly basis to the Board of Directors, and are discussed continuously in order to improve corporate value.
Measures implemented considering the dialogue
The dialogues led to the formulation of the long-term vision, structuring synergies across our businesses and business portfolio, enhancement of IR disclosure materials including non-financial information, consideration of shareholder returns and measures to enhance share price, and strengthening of the governance framework (such as the review of the compensation system for directors and the appointment of female directors).
We will continue our efforts to achieve sustainable growth and improve medium- to long-term corporate value through constructive dialogue with our shareholders and investors.
