Tosei Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Seiichiro Yamaguchi, Securities Code: 8923) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as an excellent company in "Gomez ESG Web Awards 2025," published in September 2025.

The ranking is based on a survey conducted by BroadBand Security, Inc. to evaluate the usability and information content of websites, for ESG information disclosed by listed companies on their websites. The survey components consist of five categories: "Usability of Website," "Overall ESG information," "E (Environment)," "S (Social)," and "G (Governance)," and are set up to incorporate the perspectives of not only shareholders and investors, who are the primary users, but also a wide range of stakeholders.

We have positioned proactive information disclosure, including timely disclosure as one of the primary items of corporate governance and aim to manage a high-quality corporate website. To meet the growing demand for ESG disclosure in recent years, we comprehensively renovated our corporate website last October, and we have been working to enrich our ESG contents while referring to domestic and international ESG disclosure standards and external evaluations. As a result of these efforts, we succeeded in improving our rankings in all survey categories.

We will continue to promote sustainability-conscious management and strive to disclose ESG information in a way that is easy to understand and substantial for all stakeholders.
