We hereby announce that we have decided to implement the following organizational and personnel changes effective February 1, 2025.

1. Organizational Changes

In our medium-term management plan "Further Evolution 2026," one of the basic strategies for expanding the scale of our business is to increase the balance of our crowdfunding business, which is positioned as a new business, and to expand sales of investment-use condominiums through marketing using digital technology. In order to strengthen these businesses, we will rename Crowd Funding Department to Proptech Business Department and establish two sections under the department.
