We hereby announce that we have decided to implement the following organizational and personnel changes effective June 1, 2025.

1. Organizational Changes

Basic strategy of our medium-term management plan "Further Evolution 2026," we are committed strengthen sustainability promotion and disclosure system, and we will continue to aim establish and penetrate the Tosei brand. In order to enhance these measures, we will newly establish Corporate Planning Department and relocate Investor Relations Section and Public Relations・Sustainability Promotion Section from Corporate Management Department to Corporate Planning Department.

2. Personnel Changes

The Personnel Changes effective June 1, 2025 as a result of Organizational Changes are listed below.
