We hereby announce that we have decided to implement the following organizational and personnel changes effective December 1, 2025.

1. Organizational Changes

To strengthen our organizational structure and accelerate the implementation of our business strategy, the Asset Management Section within Asset Solution Department 5 will be promoted to the Asset Management Department. In addition, the current Asset Solution Department 6 and 7 will be renamed Asset Solution Department 5 and 6, respectively, and Asset Solution Department 7 will be dissolved. Furthermore, to improve operational efficiency and enhance expertise, the Architecture Planning Department will be split into Architecture Planning Department 1 and 2.
