Tosei Hotel Management Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tosei Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Seiichiro Yamaguchi; Securities Code: 8923), is pleased to announce that it has opened "Tosei Hotel COCONE Chiba-Chuo" today.

"Tosei Hotel COCONE Chiba-Chuo" is a renovated hotel and the first staffless hotel of the COCONE series. It is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Chiba-Chuo Station on the Keisei Chiba Line. We have renovated the formerly vacant fifth and sixth floors of our commercial building and we are opening it as a new 12-room hotel. This hotel provides good access to both Haneda and Narita airports, as shuttle buses for Haneda Airport depart from Chiba-Chuo Station, and the Narita Express is available from the neighboring JR Chiba Station--an 11-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, Chiba Port Arena is also within walking distance, so the hotel serves as a base for attending events and sightseeing.
All guest rooms can accommodate up to four people, and some feature a relaxing Jacuzzi bath. The hotel offers a variety of room types, from twin rooms to bunk rooms, catering to a wide range of needs from small-group travel to group stays with friends and family.
