Tosei Corporation (the “Company”: Registered Office- Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO - Seiichiro Yamaguchi, Securities code - 8923) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Tosei Asset Advisors, Inc. (“TAA”; Registered Office – Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & Representative Director - Akihiko Fujinaga) has signed definitive agreements to provide certain asset management services for real estate acquired by Allianz Real Estate, which is the real estate arm of the leading German insurer Allianz.

TAA has signed definitive agreements to provide certain asset management（AM） services for rental properties acquired by Allianz and completed the conclusion of agreements for all properties at the end of November. The target properties are located mainly in Tokyo and consist of a total of 82 buildings - 4,600 units - in prime locations, which can be expected to generate firm demand and stable rent. The total value of the properties amounts to around 130 billion yen. Allianz Real Estate’s total AUM stood at 67.1 billion euro ( 8 trillion yen) as of the end of June 2019 and this is the first time the firm has invested directly in Japanese real estate on behalf of Allianz.
