Release of Information Regarding TOSEI certified on the “Health and Productivity Management Organization”

 TOSEI CORPORATION (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Seiichiro Yamaguchi; Securities Code: 8923) (the “TOSEI”) is pleased to announce that, on March 21, we released information regarding TOSEI certified by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (*) as a “Health and Productivity Management Organization” following 2023.

 The Certification System for “Health and Productivity Management Organization” is a systems to recognize corporations, including large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises, that practice particularly excellent health management, based on their efforts to address local health issues and the promotion of health promoted by Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
 We have established the “Tosei Group Health & Productivity Management Policy” and regard employees’ health and safety as a key management issue, build a workplace environment that inspires employees to work energetically, and take measures proactively to maintain and promote their health.

 We will continue to promote a healthy and safe workplace to enhance the physical and mental health of our employees.

1. *Nippon Kenko Kaigi is an organization formed by private organizations with the full support of the government to carry out effective activities to extend the health life expectancy of each and every citizen and to provide appropriate medical care in Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging rapidly.
